1. Which areas is Swifti already operating in?

Currently we operate in the Waterfall, Kyalami, Sunninghill and Vorna Valley areas

2. Is there a minimum order value?

There is a minimum order value of R30. Orders over R300 gets free delivery

3. Is there a delivery charge?

There is a delivery charge for orders of R9.90. Delivery charge for orders below R30 is R15

4. How long will my delivery take?

Time taken to deliver will be 15 to 20 minutes max. This is dependent on traffic and access to estates and complexes.

5. How can I chat with Swifti?

We have a Whatsapp button in the app which connects you to 1 of our team. You can query anything here or use it to send us an access code.

6. Can I get a refund on a product?

Yes you can. We can refund or replace if you are not satisfied with a product

7. What are your trading times?

We trade between 8am and 9pm at the moment but our ultimate aim is to trade 24 hours.
